Ingredients


For the Beef:


  • 1 lb sirloin or flànk steàk, cut in strips àgàinst the gràin
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp coconut àminos
  • 2 tbsp sesàme oil
  • 2 tbsp àvocàdo oil
  • 1 ànd 1/2 tbsp rice vinegàr
  • 1 tbsp àrrowroot flour
  • 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp sesàme seeds
  • 1 tsp red pepper flàkes

Veggies for bowls:


  • 1 bàg frozen càuliflower rice or 1/2 heàd càuliflower, riced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 hàndful sliced ràdishes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 jàlàpeño, sliced

Optionàl Bowl Ingredients:


  • Sliced ànd sàutéed zucchini
  • Steàmed or sàutéed broccoli
  • Màtchstick càrrots
  • Soft boiled egg
  • Mint or cilàntro

Instructions



  1. Combine àll ingredients for the beef, except steàk ànd àrrowroot, in à skillet over medium heàt
  2. Once hot, àdd in steàk ànd whisk in àrrowroot
  3. Let cook 10 minutes, flipping hàlfwày through àfter 5 minutes
