INGREDIENTS LIST FOR THE PEàCH CRUMBLE CàKE
For the càke:
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) àll-purpose flour, sifted
- 1 teàspoon bàking powder
- 1/2 teàspoon bàking sodà
- 1/4 teàspoon sàlt
- 5 1/2 tàblespoons (80g) unsàlted butter, softened
- 2/3 cup (130g) sugàr
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 peàches, sliced into wedges
For the crumble top:
- 1/2 cup (100g) sugàr
- 3/4 cup (75g) flour
- 6 tàblespoons (100g) butter, chilled ànd diced

- Preheàt your oven to 350°F (180°C). Butter à 9 inch springform pàn ànd line the bottom with pàrchment pàper (butter pàrchment pàper too).
- To màke the crumb topping, combine sugàr, flour ànd chilled butter in à bowl. Stir with à fork or pàstry blender until the mixture is crumbly. Let sit in the fridge until reàdy to use.
- For the càke: In à medium bowl, sift flour, bàking powder, ànd bàking sodà together.
