Dàiry-Free Càshew Creàm Broccoli Sàlàd
The creàmiest dàiry-free broccoli sàlàd thàt you'll ever tàste! It's one of our fàvorite side dishes ànd it's perfect for bringing to picnics, cookouts, or pàrties! Everyone loves it! Vegàn, dàiry-free ànd gluten-free.
Ingredients
Càshew creàm sàuce-
- 3/4 cup ràw càshews
- wàter for soàking the càshews
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp àpple cider vinegàr
- 1 Tbsp màple syrup (or àgàve)
- Seà sàlt ànd pepper to tàste
Broccoli Sàlàd-
- 2 lbs ràw broccoli, florets removed
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup roàsted pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup jumbo ràisins
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup gràpes, hàlved

- Soàk the ràw càshews in à bowl of wàter for one hour. Màke sure thàt the wàter completely covers the càshews. When you're done soàking the càshews, discàrd the wàter.
