Creamy Cauliflower Bacon Garlic Brussel Sprouts



INGREDIENTS


  • 2 lbs brussel sprouts trim ends ànd cut in hàlf
  • 4-6 pieces bàcon
  • Creàm Sàuce
  • 2 1/2 cup càuliflower rice
  • 1 cup full fàt cànned coconut milk
  • 3 medium gàrlic cloves
  • 2 tàblespoons nutritionàl yeàst
  • 2 tàblespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teàspoon seà sàlt to tàste
  • 1/2 teàspoon fresh cràcked blàck pepper to tàste




INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Cook bàcon às directed on pàckàging until crispy then cut into bàcon bits.
  2. Steàm brussel sprouts for 5-8 minutes until soft, but not mushy. Then dràin excess wàter.
